3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment: All coaching sessions and programs must be paid in full before the session begins unless a payment plan has been arranged.

Refunds: Due to the nature of coaching services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once services have been booked or rendered.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in the loss of that session without a refund.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

Share, distribute, or misuse confidential coaching materials.

Harass, threaten, or engage in harmful behavior toward the coach or other clients.
